Залатанный после взрывов танкер Koala готовят к буксировке на рейд порта Усть-Луга

Водолазы Морспасслужбы завершили герметизацию повреждений корпуса аварийного судна. На них наложили металлические листы, используя подводные сварочные аппараты. В ходе работ был выполнен 51 спуск, работы длились в общей сложности 43 часа.

Специалисты приступили к откачке воды из шахты правого борта. Вода без примесей ГСМ и нефтепродуктов попала внутрь через пробоину. Из машинного отделения ранее была откачана вся нефтеводяная смесь.

Продолжается разогрев мазута в грузовых танках судна, пар подаётся с берега. На борту находится около 130 тысяч тонн мазута, и выгрузить его можно только в подогретом состоянии. Для Koala уже ищут место безопасной стоянки на рейде.
