🏛 Объект культурного наследия федерального значения на улице Ильинка сохранил типичный классический облик и интерьеры 1870-х годов.

⚒ Специалистам предстоит:

▪️ демонтировать деструктивную штукатурку, укрепить местами кирпичную кладку, провести антисолевую обработку и реставрацию цоколя;

▪️ расчистить лепной декор, заделать трещины, усилить крепления, воссоздать утраченные декоративные элементы;

▪️ отреставрировать исторические окна и двери, пластиковые рамы заменить на деревянные;

▪️ привести в порядок фонари-бра из чугуна, оконные решётки, козырьки и навесы, а также ажурное ограждение кровли.
