Что касается плотности застройки, то еще прошлым летом власти обозначили не более 25 тыс.кв.м/га. Из 24 тендеров в 13 случаях плотность превышает нормативы, в 6 случаях цифры соответствует и лишь в 5 - ниже заявленных цифр.
