Хлеб ржаной любой (у меня гречишный) Авокадо Антарктик криль Яйцо вареное (4 минуты после закипания)
Авокадо смешать с яйцом, посолить. Хлеб подсушить на сковороде Хлеб намазать антарктик крилем, потом массой из авокадо и яйца. Добавить зелень, помидорки)
Для общей пользы дела снабдила тарелку креветками. Обжариваем креветки на сливочном масле с двух сторон, солим, перчим, добавляем чеснок и петрушку , подаем. Обожаю этот аромат 🤤

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
