— Не только в 2025 году, но и уже в 2024-м медикам следует ожидать увеличения заработной платы. Ранее я принял решение об увеличении зарплаты всем бюджетникам почти на 14%. Коль уж вопрос акцентирован на медицинских работниках, скажу, что система оплаты труда медиков совершенствовалась в течение года, — отметил Юрий Бездудный.
Напомним, увеличить заработные платы бюджетникам планируется на 13,8%. Решение губернатор НАО Юрий Бездудный принял в октябре. Зарплаты проиндексируют в два этапа: с 1 декабря 2024 года – на 5,1%, с 1 апреля 2025 года – на 8,7%.
