Уточняется, что с подобной проблемой столкнулись те, кто получают зарплату в рублях и проживают в Грузии, Сербии, Киргизии, на Кипре. Если до введения санкций снять деньги или перевести на карту местного банка не составляло особого труда — такие операции можно было провести осуществив цепочку переводов, то теперь любые переводы с российской карты невозможны.
