Всего в списках, которые огласил премьер Канады Трюдо 27 губернаторов, в числе которых главы Амурской области и Якутии Василий Орлов и Айсен Николаев.
Вообще среди глав дальневосточных регионов они не единственные "счастливчики". Губернатор Хабаровского края Михаил Дегтярев попал в эти списки ещё в 2014 году (когда ещё не руководил регионом). И судя по всему, никак это на его жизнь не повлияло.

The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
