На старых баннерах от "Бест-плюса" то, как они видят (видели) итог стройки очередного торгового центра в сердце столицы Бурятии. Лучше бы освоили площадь Советов с подземным ТЦ а-ля "Манежка" в Москве. Была же лет 12-15 назад такая идея у тогдашнего мэра Улан-Удэ Айдаева? 😹
