10 октября в Рязани произошла очередная авария, обесточившая сразу 17 улиц города - Ленинского Комсомола, Стройкова, Пушкина, Татарская, Гагарина, Дзержинского, Введенская, Свободы, Фрунзе, Радищева, Пролетарская, Горького, Полевая, Чапаева, 1-я Железнодорожная, Полонского, Спортивный переулок.
После отключения в РГРЭС заявляли, что на месте работает аварийная бригада. Подачу электричества обещали вернуть в течение четырех часов после аварии.
Обещание сдержать в очередной раз не получилось – рязанцы уже более 5 часов вынуждены находиться в домах без света.
Кроме того, в центре города перестала работать часть светофоров. Включая такие сложные места, как пересечение улиц Ленина и Свободы (на фото). Пока час пик не наступил, водители еще разъезжаются, как могут.
В электросети (ГУП «РГРЭС») причиной аварии называют несанкционированные земляные работы и, как результат, повреждения кабелей. Кто такой косорукий рыл - держат в секрете.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
