С начала 2023 года через пункт пропуска было отправлено более 10-ти тысяч тонн грузов. На 24 февраля грузооборот речного пункта пропуска Лобэй превышал прошлогодние показатели на 170%, приводит данные о грузообороте газета «Хэйлунцзян Жибао».
Движение транспорта через Амур организовано по понтонному мосту, который ввели в эксплуатацию 3 января.
Сторонами принимаются меры по упрощению ввоза и вывоза грузов, позволяя компаниям, занимающимся внешнеэкономической деятельностью оформлять их в два этапа: заранее декларируя и заранее оплачивая расходы на таможенное оформление.
