Установлено, что декларант представляет при таможенном декларировании в числе прочего договор (договоры) на переработку сырья на принадлежащих на праве собственности или ином законном основании ему, или его взаимозависимому лицу, или комитенту (принципалу), или взаимозависимому с комитентом (принципалом) лицу производственных мощностях документы, подтверждающие передачу всех видов полученных нефтепродуктов за период действия договора (договоров) на переработку сырья.
