Кислицына ранее обвинили в получении взятки в особо крупном размере (ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ). Вместе с ним был задержан и помещён в СИЗО бывший депутат заксобрания Свердловской области Павел Мякишев. Его тоже освободили из-под ареста.
