Воронежский гарнизонный военный суд рассмотрит дело Валерия Муминджанова, заместителя командующего Ленинградским военным округом. Следствие обвиняет его в получении более 20 млн рублей взятки при выполнении гособоронзаказа.
В 2017–2023 годах Муминджанов руководил департаментом ресурсного обеспечения Минобороны и курировал обеспечение армии вещевым имуществом.
По версии следствия, за содействие в заключении контрактов с определёнными коммерческими организациями он получил взятку в особо крупном размере. Общая сумма контрактов на поставку обмундирования превысила 1,5 млрд рублей. Имущество обвиняемого арестовали на сумму, равную предполагаемой взятке.
Муминджанов был задержан в сентябре 2024 года, он находится под стражей.
