Нагадаємо, що в листопаді 2024 року була прийнята спрощена процедура повернення до військової служби військовослужбовців та звільнення їх від кримінальної відповідальності, якщо вони під час дії воєнного стану вперше вчинили СЗЧ чи дезертирство до 29 листопада 2024 року, і добровільно висловили бажання повернутись до військової служби до 01 березня 2025 року.
