Доброе утро мамы 🤍🤍 Когда проснулась немного раньше ребенка и чуть-чуть пожила эту жизнь 😀 Прохожу сейчас неделю монтессори. 📚Там много обучения, общение с мамами и задания. Вчера писала список : наполнение ресурса. Оказывается есть краткосрочные наполнения, среднесрочные и долгосрочные. Например:
Краткосрочное наполнение
1️⃣Нанести маску на 5-10 минут 2️⃣Съесть киндер 3️⃣Дневной сон с ребенком 4️⃣Полежать в ванне хотя бы 10-15 минут 5️⃣Погулять с собакой 6️⃣Придумать идеи для канала 7️⃣Созвониться с подругой 8️⃣Заказать что-нибудь на вб,зя 9️⃣Приготовить вкусный завтрак, обед или ужин 1️⃣0️⃣Почитать 15 минут
Очень интересная тема. Сегодня утром начала воплощать. Пока настроение отличное.🙏 А у вас есть список наполнения?

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
