Начальник управления пассажирского транспорта администрации города Игорь Тейковцев проконтролировал работу автобусов в час пик в центре Оренбурга, в степном, 23-м и других микрорайонах города. Особое внимание он уделил автобусам № 80Н и № 66Н.

By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
