На сайте застройщика «Агроспецтех» появилась страница будущего ЖК. Пока информации не очень много. Когда начнётся строительство, не сказано. Если верить отметке на карте, ЖК разместится на улице Усиевича. Раньше там стояли двухэтажные деревянные дома, а сейчас пустырь.

В жилом комплексе будет пять домов разной этажности. На картинках изображены дома в 10 и 15 этажей.

Название могли бы придумать поинтереснее. Рядом уже есть ЖК «Заречный» и ЖК «Заречье».
