В Пензенской области ликвидирована многолетняя очередь на обеспечение жильем детей-сирот. Выполнена задача, которую полтора года назад я поставил правительству Пензенской области в числе одного из приоритетов. В минувшем году на эти цели было выделено более 893 миллионов рублей. Предоставлено 368 квартир.

Проделана большая работа. Далее обеспечивать жильем детей-сирот будем в плановом режиме. В бюджете Пензенской области на 2025 год на эти цели предусмотрено более миллиарда рублей. Подать соответствующую заявку теперь можно и в электронном виде, через портал Госуслуг.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
