Подмосковье вводит новые штрафы с "зайцев" в общественном транспорте и на платных дорогах
С 1 января 2025 года размер штрафа за безбилетный проезд в ОТ Московской области вырастет вдвое — с 1 тыс. до 2 тыс. рублей.
Также с Нового года Подмосковье установит взыскания за неоплату проезда по платным и частным дорогам региона:
🔸Для легковых машин
3 тыс. рублей — с граждан; 10 тыс. рублей — с организаций.
🔸Для грузовиков и автобусов
5 тыс. рублей — с физлиц; 15 тыс. рублей — с юрлиц.
Такие законопроекты рассмотрит Мособлдума на заседании 28 ноября.
После внесения изменений в региональный КоАП власти рассчитывают за год получить в бюджет МО около 40 млн рублей с "зайцев" в общественном транспорте и порядка 1,4 млрд рублей за неоплаченный проезд по платным магистралям.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
