Ответ всегда прост. 1. написать правила группы (чата) 2. Не сюсюкаться удалять и блокировать. А на вопрос: у нас итак мало народа в чате. ответ тоже очевиден: в чат с токсичными людьми не будут заходить нормальные люди. в результате чат скоро превратиться в рассылку спама и срача. Оно вам надо? Если не надо - отвечайте как герой видеоролика...
