У судзе Маладзечанскага раёна 18 ліпеня за «дыскрэдытацыю Рэспублікі Беларусь» (арт. 369-1 КК) у відэа ў Tik-Tok асудзілі палітзняволенага актывіста з Вілейкі. Справу ў чатырох судовых паседжаннях разглядаў Аляксей Іршын.
У выніку актывісту прызначылі чатыры гады калоніі ва ўмовах строгага рэжыму. Таксама вядома, што палітвязню прызначылі штраф у памеры 400 базавых велічыняў.
Напачатку 2022 года Андрэя ўжо асудзілі за ўдзел у акцыях пратэсту. У сярэдзіне ліпеня 2023 года палітвязень выйшаў на волю, цалкам адбыўшы тэрмін у магілёўскай калоніі, але праз паўгода зноўку быў затрыманы.
11 кастрычніка ў Мінскім абласным судзе адбудзецца разгляд апеляцыйнай скаргі палітвязня. Рашэнне будзе прымаць судовая калегія пад старшынствам суддзі Алега Лапекі.
