Ещё один вариант проекта для Пресненского вала, 27 от de Architekten Cie. Проект вел, вел пик, потом толкнули форме ака пик, и вроде уже РнС есть, но тут рынок переворачивается и не известно выйдет ли этот чудо проект. Вспомним историю реализации:

1. Весна 2019 года цеха завода «Памяти революции 1905 года», массово исключены из перечня объектов, обладающих признаками культурного наследия.
2. Появляется первый вариант посадки проекта. Уже есть офисы и дом по реновации.
3. Осень 2020 - начинается снос зданий завода.
4. Проведены слушания формата АГ, где 15% жителей были против проекта.
5. Появилась ещё одна концепция от JTP, GAFA, IND, MSP.
6. Осень 2021 года - цеха снесены.
7. Появляется 3 концепция от бюро WALL.
8. Зима 2021 - получили РнС.
9. Сделали на площадке склад модулей.
10. Собирают дом по реновации.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
