Как сообщается, на участке можно будет построить топовый офисный елдак на 120 тыс. кв. м с высотной отметкой в 230 м. Полагаем, что Стоун зайдёт как фи-девелопер, учитывая опыт реализации. Берём на карандаш и наблюдаем дальше.
