Начали менять ПЗЗ на ЗУ "Самокатная, 4" - это знаменитый завод Кристалл, где ранее город согласовал 280 тыс. кв. м. Проект забрал девелопер "одного проекта", а теперь не одного - Asterus.

Надеемся, что город будет требовать большое сохранение зданий завода, потому что там красота. Если не были, то обязательно сходите, отделка мозаикой внутри.

Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
