Ильинский, 12 Левел назвал комфортом и Левел Селигерской - оно и видно мелкая нарезка, !15! квартир на этаже, но 4 лифта. Бело-коричневые фасады становятся уже обязательной составляющей проекта в Москве. Блевать от них охота.

Первая очередь Левел Селигерской вышла на ЗУ "Ильменский, 12" (1). Вроде все стабильно, вроде все нормально. Хотя, были варианты архитектуры поинтереснее.

Вторая очередь Селигерской выходила на ЗУ "Ильменский, 8" (2). И начала мутировать в процессе. Сначала это были 3 башенки, плюс-минус одной этажности. А сейчас, дна уже выше той башни, что в продаже, а другая стала настолько высокой, что даже на рендер не лезит😂
