Отправляем мысленно его под нож и представляем офисник класса минимум А, а то сами знаете, там маркетологи, консультанты какие чего на придумывают, будет и А+++ и какой-нибудь Prime.

А вот за площадкой есть уже давний участок - "Старопетровский, 11" (2), там и несколько видов посадок было и ППТ там вообще в 2022 году согласовали, сейчас, наконец-то разродились ГПЗУ. Ждём жилой проект.
