Вот такая новая реальность ценообразования.
«Люблинский парк» осенью 2018 вывели по 118 тыс. руб./кв. м. с отделкой.
Разница - практически 40%, а с точки зрения локации не сказать, что небо и земля, разве, что один завод делал колесные пары, а другой майонез.
