✅Баклажаны-3 шт. ✅Чеснок- по вкусу ✅Тахини (кунжутная паста) - 1 ст. л. ✅Сок 🍋- 2 ст. л. ✅Оливковое масло- 1-2 ст. л. ✅Соль, специи- по вкусу.
✏️Запекаем баклажаны, предварительно наколов, при 180 градусах минут 30 (до мягкости). Остужаем и очищаем кожуру. ✏️Перекладываем мякоть в блендер, добавляем все остальные ингредиенты (количество можно корректировать по вкусу) и измельчаем до однородности. ✏️Даём настояться некоторое время и подаём с лепешкой, лавашом, крекерами и т.п. Ангела за трапезой 😇
Тахини можно купить готовую, а можно сделать самим, размолов вместе кунжут и оливковое масло.
