Понадобится (примерно на 10 шт.)

✅мука- ок. 250 гр
✅крахмал картоф.- 30 гр
✅вода- 125 мл.
✅масло растит- 50 гр
✅сахар- 50 гр
✅соль- щепотка
✅ванилин- щепотка
✅сок лимона- 1 неполн. ст. л.
✅цедра 1/2 лимона
✅сода- 0,25 ч. л.
✅уксус (напр. яблочный)- 0,5 ст. л.
✅цукаты и сах. пудра- для украшения.

✏️Смешиваем муку, крахмал, сахар.
Добавляем шепотку соли, ванилин, соду, лимонную цедру.
✏️Вливаем лимонный сок, воду, масло и уксус.
✏️Замешивание нелипкое и пластичное тесто. Подсыпаем немного муки, если необходимо. Убираем в холод на 30 минут.
✏️На разделочной доске кусочек теста раскатываем в длинный жгутик (40-45 см) и делаем крестик. Украшаем цукатами или сухофруктами.
✏️Выпекаем около 15 минут при 180 градусах. Даем остыть в духовке. После остывания становятся тверже. Украшаем сахарной пудрой. Ангела за трапезой😇
