С 08:00 по 08:10 запланировано включение сирен и передача сигнала «ВНИМАНИЕ ВСЕМ» путем запуска электросирен и громкоговорителей.
В 12:00 будет проведена проверка работоспособности средств оповещения в местах массового пребывания людей в Пскове и Великих Луках.
