Выборы состоялись 23 ноября, Фрадкова единогласно избрали председателем ВФЛА на четырехлетний срок.
Он сменил Петра Иванова, который занимал этот пост с ноября 2020 года.
46-летний Фрадков с января 2022 года возглавлял попечительский совет Всероссийской федерации легкой атлетики. Председателем ПСБ Фрадков является с сентября 2018 года. Фрадков — сын экс-премьера и бывшего главы Службы внешней разведки Михаила Фрадкова.

"We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
