Экс-владелец крупнейшего подрядчика РЖД — ООО «Спецтрансстроя» и бывший замглавы Минстроя Юрий Рейльян, курировавший в том числе строительство спортивных объектов к сочинской олимпиаде, вчера был арестован в Иркутске, а сегодня был этапирован в Москву.
Обладатель эстонского паспорта Рейльян обвиняется в мошенничестве в особо крупном размере — это касается его работы во главе одного из крупнейших подрядчиков РЖД «Спецтрансстроя»; причиненный им ущерб оценивается в полтора миллиарда рублей. В 2016-2019 годах РЖД заключило с компаниями Рейльяна контракты более чем на 100 млрд рублей.
