В Индии запущена первая городская ж/д система с поездами Namo Bharat от Alstom

Пассажирский перевозчик столичного округа страны NCRTC открыл первый участок линии Дели – Мератх протяженностью 17 км с пятью станциями, на которых установлены платформенные двери. Запуск всей линии ожидается в июне 2025 года.

Контракт на поставку 30 шестивагонных пригородных электропоездов и 10 трехвагонных поездов метро за $340 млн в мае 2020 года получила Bombardier Transportation, которая в 2021 году была поглощена Alstom. Подвижной состав полностью разработан в стране и выпускается на заводе в Савли в рамках программы Make in India.

Поезда оснащены системой управления движением ETCS уровня 3 поверх LTE, позволяющей курсировать с 3-минутным интервалом при макс. скорости 160 км/ч. В перспективе планируется дополнить ее системой автоведения. Шестивагонные составы вмещают 1,7 тыс. пассажиров, в них есть вагоны эконом и премиум класса, а также отдельный вагон для женщин.

Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
