JR Central разработала бортовую систему диагностики контактной сети для высокоскоростных поездов

Как отмечает японский перевозчик, ее будут устанавливать на крышу поездов, курсирующих по линии Токайдо-синкансэн с эксплуатационной скоростью 285 км/ч. Ожидается, что полномасштабное внедрение технологии произойдет после того, как в 2027 году на сети начнет работать радиосвязь миллиметрового диапазона. Посредством нее в центры техобслуживания должны будут передаваться данные о состоянии контактных проводов и опор. Ранее их состояние проверялось путем визуального осмотра в дневное время и c помощью диагностических поездов в ночью.

Разработанная JR Central система состоит из двух модулей, включающих камеры линейного сканирования, лазерные сканеры и лампу ближнего инфракрасного света. Данные с устройств будут обрабатываться с помощью искусственного интеллекта на наличие дефектов. Предполагается, что камера может делать снимки высокого качества в любое время суток.

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
