В начале января Девятый арбитражный апелляционный суд оставил в силе определение Арбитражного суда Москвы от октября-2023. Тогда суд первой инстанции не нашел доказательств тому, что Alstom необходимо привлечь к субсидиарной ответственности по долгам «Первой локомотивной компании» (ПЛК). Конкурсный управляющий ПЛК Кирилл Прокофьев просил начать такое делопроизводство, указывая Alstom как правопреемницу Bombardier Transportation, которая была участником локомотивостроительного СП в Энгельсе.
Теперь права требований по субсидиарной ответственности Alstom и ряда других компаний выставлены на торги.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
