Согласно опубликованной информации, к 2025 году Украине не хватит вооружения, а к 2026 году она утратит свои системы противовоздушной обороны, что даст возможность России проводить «непрерывные крупномасштабные бомбардировки» и в итоге захватить столицу.
В дальнейшем Россия может воспользоваться украинскими ресурсами для укрепления своего военного потенциала и создать угрозу для стран НАТО к 2030 году.
