По словам депутата-единоросса, члена комитета ГД по охране здоровья Александра Румянцева, введение QR-кодов – не «ограничение или ужесточение», а лишь «введение жесткого санитарного контроля».
«Основная масса врачей поддержит эти инициативы. Врач, который не поддерживает эти инициативы — он не врач», — отметил парламентарий.
