Аналогичные случаи что в Питере, что в России уже давно не редкость.

В ряде регионов иностранцам уже запретили возить людей:
- Ведь неизвестно, насколько хорошо их обучили вождению.
- Ну и дорожная культура у нас, мягко говоря, разная.

Интересна и уличная толпа на фото (на второй картинке).

Большие города, кажется, окончательно перестали быть безопасными.
