При этом регулятор подчеркивает, что финансовые возможности граждан для оплаты первого взноса по ипотеке за счет собственных средств на первичном рынке жилья остаются на уровне начала 2023 года, а на вторичном – на 1,6 кв. м. больше по сравнению с аналогичным периодом.
