Адвокат журналистки RusNews Марии Пономаренко рассказал, что на суде прошел допрос свидетелей обвинения. Всего было допрошено 3 человека.
«Администрация колонии не может назвать на каком основании, откуда следует обязанность осужденного идти и участвовать в дисциплинарной комиссии», — заявил адвокат Марии, Дмитрий Шитов.
В связи с плохим самочувствием Марии Пономаренко и по предложению ее адвоката Дмитрия Шитова, судебное заседание отложено до 5 марта, 13:30.
