При его руководстве в мае 2021 года в агрегаторе региональных новостей «16 негритят» Рязанская область оказалась в аутсайдерах по вакцинации (в регионе привитых от ковида было всего 3,6% населения).
При этом на отчетах Петряев докладывал о кадровом голоде в сфере здравоохранения, объясняя прецедент оттоком врачей в Москву.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
