Приготовление:
✔Куриное филе нарезать на небольшие кусочки, ✔Все ингредиенты закинуть в блендер, ✔Получившуюся массу разложить в силиконовые формы ✔Варить 15-20 мин под закрытой крышкой.
⭐Можно сделать 2 формы простые, 2 формы с морковкой на терке, 2 формы с зеленью (например с укропом)
Воду в кастрюлю добавить по уровень суфле в силиконовых формах, не выше, иначе вода попадет на суфле.
⭐У меня получилось 7 суфле. 1 приготовила, 6 заморозила.
