✔️3 небольшие картофелины, ✔️Яйцо 1шт., ✔️Мука пол стакана, ✔️Зелень (у меня петрушка) ✔️Соль по желанию с года ✔️Лук 1шт.
Приготовление:
▪️Картофель натираем на мелкой терке, ▪️Также натираем лук, перемешиваем чтобы картофель не потемнел, ▪️Добавляем яйцо, муку, зелень, соль, все перемешиваем, ▪️Жарим на среднем огне под крышкой с двух сторон. Готово! 😋
