📝Рецепт ленивых творожных вареников🥟

✏️Ингредиенты:

✔️Творог 300 гр 5-9%,
✔️2 яйца,
✔️120 гр муки (5 ст.л. с горкой),
✔️1 ч.л. сахара по желанию с 2х лет.

Приготовление:

▪️Смешиваем творог, яйца, (сахар по желанию) и пробиваем погружным блендером,
▪️Добавляем муку и хорошо перемешиваем,
▪️Формируем тонкую колбаску (при варке вареники сильно увеличатся. Я сделала недостаточно тонкую колбаску и мои вареники получились больше, чем я хотела). Когда сформировали колбаску,
▪️нарезаем вареники.
▪️Отправляем вариться на 3-4 минуты после закипания.
Готово!😋

⭐️Получилось 20 вареников. Хватило позавтракать всей семьё.☺️

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
