Было высказано много точек зрения, но, для себя отмечаю, что ключевая позиция многих участников совпадает с нашей идеей. Да, доступ провайдеров нужен, но он нужен только если есть законное решение собственников. Все остальные копья ломались вокруг параметров.
Сейчас есть три законопроекта, в которых заложены разные схемы реализации поручения Президента. В ближайшее время предстоит определиться с наиболее рабочей версией.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
