Недавно нашла канал «Неправильный психолог». И поугарала как раз с таких историй Сергея. Казалось бы, гештальт-терапевт, человек, помогающий выходить из кризисов, мужчина с двумя образованиями, защитивший диссертацию, который собирает не хухры-мухры, а терапевтические группы может изъясняться даже на латыни, но нет.
У него тут всё просто. Понятно. С примерами. И на поржать. Вот, оценитепост про важность действий. Развязка – шикарная😄
