На мой взгляд, заголовок не вполне отражает суть статьи, потому что про новые подходы там мало (кому интересно именно про это - см. раздел 9, но и там собраны "лучшие практики", т.е. нечто уже использовавшееся, хотя местами описаны совсем свежие подходы). Скорее это большая сводка по разным непонятным феноменам (да, в основном это НЛО и что-то подобное). Тем не менее, статья заслуживает внимания, потому что в ней собрано много всего. Ну и тема такая ....
