1. Проезды между дворами и вдоль домов обеспечены на "удовлетворительно", с небольшими замечаниями.

2. Уделил особое внимание крыльцам и ступеням, так как вчера на это указали жители. Тут ситуация неудовлетворительная - вход (в более чем в половине случаев) в подъезды затруднен и даже опасен. Дал поручение активизировать работу по расчистке.

3. В воскресенье проеду по всей центральной части города.

4. Прошу коллег не дожидаться результатов рейда, а депутатов на своих округах провести аналогичные проверки (фото с проблемными адресами кидайте мне в личку в телеграм).

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
