Судя по опубликованным рендерам, ЖК «Sezar Silica» будет иметь выразительную архитектуру, небоскрёбную высоту и не часто встречающуюся расцветку.

Строительство начнётся в ближайшее время. В третьем квартале 2029 года все корпуса обещают сдать в эксплуатацию.
