Жилой небоскрёб, запланированный к постройке в рамках третей очереди ЖК «Павелецкая Сити», согласован «Москомархитектурой» и получил название «Premier Tower». Характеристики: 207 метров, 56 этажей, подземный паркинг на 430 машино-мест. Архитектура от бюро «ADM»

Отметим, что недавно был принят закон о недопустимости использования иностранных слов в названиях жилой недвижимости, но, видимо, абсолютно все жилые проекты под него не попадают. В результате название на английском и, согласно уже традиционным колхозным веяниям, со словом «тауэр».

Комментарий о проекте от главного архитектора Москвы Сергея Кузнецова:

«На кровле предусмотрена смотровая площадка, над ней на высоту 4 метра поднимается декоративный экран. На торцах здания будут располагаться террасы для пентхаусов. Высотка, без сомнения, будет одним из самых эффектных зданий Даниловского района».
